Teachermade is a website where you can create worksheets, both to print out and use virtually. You can either make your own from scratch, or upload an already existing worksheet to make it for online use. Teachermade gives you many different tools to use. You can add textboxes, draw on the worksheet, and add little dropdown boxes with multiple choice options. There's the option to add true/false questions and yes/no options. You can add images and make matching questions. Again, this is basically a virtual worksheet, so it gives you the option to make your questions interactive. Of course this ties into the Danielson framework! I think domain 3 is really shown here. 3D talks about using assessment in instruction. Through Teachermade, you can create virtual assessments and create tests and quizzes easily. Again, teachermade gives you question options so that you can cover all kinds of assessment. Domain 1 E and F also talk about designing coherent student assessment and instruction. Again, Teachermade gives you this option. It helps you easily create awesome worksheets and tests/quizzes. I do think I could use this in my classroom someday. I won't use it all the time, but it would give me the option to be able to get worksheets to kids who might have missed that day to either complete online or print it out to fill out. If my kids have adequate access to technology, I could save some paper by having my students do their worksheets virtually. This would also save some of my kids from forgetting a worksheet at school and not having a backup. If they have access to my teachermade version, they can still complete it for me without the hard copy. Technology is not always reliable, so I don't like do everything online; but it can be helpful, and even if I don't use it all the time, it will come in handy at some point. Teachermade follows the ISTE standards in a couple ways. 1.1 c talks about using technology to seek feedback and to demonstrate their learning in a variety of ways. Teachermade does just that; students are using technology to demonstrate what they have learned through different types of questions. Assessments are a way of seeking out feedback; students learn what they can improve on based on their teacher's comments. Teachermade allows you to create the assessments that your students will use to get that feedback. As far as the 4Cs go, Teachermade shows student's creativity through the option to draw your answer. Critical thinking skills are required to answer the questions provided on the worksheet.
